The four 1-1/4" diameter dual entry openings offer easy cigarette butt disposal. The fire-safe steel construction won't melt or burn. Industrial hasp closures are welded to each side of the unit, securely fastening the top to the base. This reduces oxygen access and helps contribute to the self-extinguishing design. |
